Payment Authorization

Currency and Pricing

All transactions are processed in the currency specified during the checkout process. Prices are subject to change, and any discrepancies will be communicated before finalizing the payment.

Today’s Charge

By agreeing to become a paid subscriber, you agree to be charged the full amount per the subscription terms associated with your membership tier. Your purchase may be subject to local taxes based on the billing information you provide. An additional administrative surcharge, processing, and setup fees will be added to your final charges. The final charge will be demonstrated in the amount displayed on your invoice as outlined in the Payment Authorization Terms and Refund Policy, which can be found on our website www.greenster.energy.

Refund Policy: Grace Period: 72 Hours

You have a seventy-two (72) hour grace period starting from the date of your membership purchase to request a full refund. During this period, you are eligible for a full refund of your annual membership purchase. If you decide that GHE/GREENSTER membership is not the right fit for you, please contact our customer support team to initiate the refund process at customersupport@greenster.energy.

GREENSTER Membership Lock-In After 72 Hours

After the seventy-two (72) hour grace period expires, your membership in GHE/GREENSTER becomes non-refundable. If you cancel the annual membership, the member’s card will not be charged again, but no money will be refunded either. We believe this policy reflects your commitment to the long-term success of our services and encourages our customers to stay invested in a sustainable green renewable energy future.

Membership Benefits

By keeping your membership in GHE/GREENSTER beyond the seventy-two (72) hour grace period, you become eligible for annual membership benefits, which are also governed by our GREENSTER Membership Privileges Terms & Conditions, which can be found on our website www.greenster.energy.

Fees Disclosures

  1. One-Time Non-Refundable Administrative & Account Setup Fees: Prospective applicants are required to pay a one-time non-refundable administrative and account setup fee upon executing the membership agreement. This fee covers various costs associated with procuring, setting up, and administering the membership accounts, including but not limited to procurement costs, support staff, advertising, record-keeping, customer support, transaction fees, regulatory compliance, legal fees, surety bond, escrow fees, and other operational expenses. The fee amounts are as follows:
  • Tier 2: $195.00
  • Tier 3: $495.00
  1. Refund Policy: The administrative fees may be refunded if the membership application is rejected by GREENSTER. However, if the applicant cancels their application after a 72-hour grace period from submission, the administrative fees will be retained by GREENSTER and are non-refundable.
  2. Fee Review Process: The administrative fee is regularly reviewed by the GREENSTER Board of Directors and/or upper management to ensure it remains appropriate and covers the associated costs.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
