This document provides information and outlines the rights and responsibilities relating to your Membership. This information is to be read and understood in conjunction with details contained within the Payment Authorization Terms and Electronic Communications Agreement. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you, as Member, are confirming that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or of legal age and agree to abide by and accept the terms and conditions contained herein.
The GREENSTER subscription plan for Tiers 2 through 5 will give users the right to reserve and purchase a GREENSTER, the world’s first green hydrogen powered microgrid system to function independent from the electric grid. The company’s proprietary green hydrogen technology will give consumers the ability to generate and power a home or building using the company’s green hydrogen solution with just water.

GREENSTER membership is subject to our Member Privileges Terms and Conditions, which may change from time to time.
Membership
- Membership is available to all qualifying individuals eighteen (18) years of age or of legal age and over.
- GREENSTER reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership may be terminated at GREENSTER’s discretion and without cause.
- Membership is subject to all rules adopted by GREENSTER, including our privacy policies and practices, and they may be amended from time to time without notice.
- Members may be required to present valid U.S., PR, or CN state, provincial, or federal government-issued photo ID, or any valid passport before signing up for membership.
- Membership fee is for one 12-month period from the date of enrollment of the GREENSTER member.
- Report lost or stolen GREENSTER gift cards need to be reported to GREENSTER immediately. Additional information on reporting a lost GREENSTER gift card can be found online.
Renewing, Adding or Deleting GREENSTER Members
- By signing up for a GREENSTER membership, you authorize your card to be charged a renewal fee on the last day of your membership term. Renewal fees are due no later than the last day of the year your GREENSTER membership expires. GREENSTER members may charge their membership fees automatically online at www.greenster.energy; the card will be charged on the first day of your renewal year.
- GREENSTER memberships renewed within 72hrs after the expiration of the current membership year will be extended for 12 months from the expiration date.
- The GREENSTER Member may choose to designate a current GREENSTER member as a Personal Administrator or Business Administrator to make changes to the GREENSTER membership. These designated Administrators are authorized to change the address, phone number, update communication preferences and upgrade or renew the GREENSTER membership. To add or activate your Affiliates link to your GREENSTER Membership, visit the GREENSTER membership back office at www.greenster.energy. The Administrator cannot remove the GREENSTER Member or change Affiliate GREENSTER Members’ personal information.
- Business GREENSTER Members or Business Administrators may add additional GREENSTER Affiliates to their membership. To add or activate your Affiliates link to your Business GREENSTER Membership, visit the GREENSTER membership back office at www.greenster.energy.

We are committed to providing quality and value on the products and services we sell with a risk-free 100% satisfaction guarantee on both your GREENSTER membership and products. Membership Payment Confirmation:
Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the transaction. Please retain this confirmation for your records. See the terms outlined in this Payment Authorization Terms and Refund Policy.
Membership Activation:
Your GREENSTER membership will be activated once full payment is confirmed or received. Upon activation, you will receive further information about your membership benefits and access privileges.

We reserve the right to modify or update these memberships at any time. Any changes will be promptly posted on our website, and your continued use of GHE / GREENSTER after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
